We’re growing in Malvern and Worcester and have a position for an experienced dispenser or technician in our Bewdley Medical Centre, Dog Lane in Bewdley.

The role will include:

• Carry out dispensing duties under the supervision of the Pharmacist manager
• Ensure all prescriptions are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond appropriately to customer needs, politely and efficiently, by asking appropriate questions, following the Standard Operating Procedures for Sale of Medicines and Supporting Self-care.
• To maintain the pharmacy to a high standard.
• To monitor stock levels and adapt orders appropriately.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be qualified to NVQ2/3 in Pharmacy Services
• Have previous community pharmacy or retail experience
• Be willing to undertake the relevant training in Pharmacy Services if necessary
• Be able to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team

We are looking for a team player that’s great at communicating, has an attention to detail, as well as being highly organised and passionate about helping people.
