What are Multi Vitamin One a day tablets for?
Multi Vitamin tablets help aid a range of conditions such as supporting the immune system, growth and development, fighting fatigue and the protection of your cells.
These tablets provide a range of vitamins including Vitamins A, C and D which help support immune system function. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress together.
It also contains B Vitamins which help release energy. Folic Acid (Vitamin B6) and Vitamin B12 help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Free from sugar, gluten, yeast, artificial flavours, colours and preservatives.
This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

How do I take these tablets?
Adults and Children over 12 years: One tablet per day to be taken with food or liquid.
Do not chew or swallow these tablets whole.
