How to Use Tubigrip Elasticated Tubular Support Bandage...
- Measure and cut the bandage to twice the length required for the affected area, allowing for an overlap layer.
- Pull the bandage over the limb or joint so that it fits comfortably without restricting circulation.
- Fold the top layer back over itself to create a double layer of support.
- Smooth out any wrinkles to ensure even compression and comfort.
- Remove and reapply as required.
Do not apply too tightly. If discomfort, numbness or swelling occurs, remove the bandage and reapply more loosely.
