How To Insert A Tampon:

1.Wash your hands well.

2.Unwrap your tampon with applicator.

3.Find a comfortable position.

4.Gently slide the applicator all the way into your vagina, until your fingers touch your body.

5.Upon removing the applicator, firmly hold on to the outer tube and pull it out gently, leaving the tampon inside your body and the string hanging outside.

6.When it's time to remove your tampon, simply pull on the string and your tampon should slide right out (you should never leave your tampon in for more than 8 hours).
