How to use Sterimar Hypertonic Nasal Spray:

From the onset of colds and sinusitis:

Keeping the head straight, put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.

For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities and blocked noses:

Keeping the head tilted to one side, put the nozzle in the upper nostril. Spray once for 2-3 seconds.
