About:
Simple Linctus is intended to provide your child with relief from dry and/or irritating coughs.
How does it work?
Simple Linctus has the active ingredient of Citric Acid which works by being absorbed into the throat and it coats it, relieving the effects of a cough.
What causes a cough?
A cough is usually caused by either cold or flu.
A cough is the body’s response to mucus being stuck in the throat or chest.
How To Use:
Children 1 - 5 years: Give 1 x 5ml Spoonful.
Children 6 – 12 years: Give 2 x 5ml spoonful’s.
Repeat the dose up to 4 times a day if necessary.
If symptoms persist for more than 5 days consult your doctor.
Ingredients:
Active Ingredients: Citric Acid Monohydrate (E330) 31.25mg per 5ml.
Other Ingredients: Glycerol (E422), Maltitol Liquid (E965), Sodium Benzoate (E211), Aniseed Flavor (Contains Propylene Glycol (E1520), Purified Water.
Who is it not suitable for?
Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed below.
Can Simple Linctus be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding it is advised that you speak with your Doctor or our Pharmacist before using this.
