Senokot Constipation Tablets provide reliable overnight relief from occasional or non-persistent constipation. Each tablet contains standardised senna, derived from the seed pods of the senna plant, equivalent to 7.5mg total sennosides.
Senna works by gently stimulating the muscles of the bowel, encouraging natural bowel movements and easing the discomfort associated with constipation. Relief is usually achieved within 6–12 hours, making these tablets ideal for overnight use to support a comfortable and regular digestive routine.

How To Use:
Adults over 18 only: Take 1- 2 tablets at night. (do not take more than 2 tablets in any 24hr period).
Dose can be repeated on a daily basis until bowel action is restored, but if there is no bowel movement within 3 days of use, consult your doctor.
Stimulant laxatives such as Senna, do not aid in weight loss and should never be used for this purpose. They are indicated for the short-term relief of occasional constipation. If you need senna regularly or are using for any other purpose then please seek medical advice.
