Directions For Use:

Using the guidelines on the insoles, trim to size with sharp scissors.

Place into the shoes printed side down.

Cleaning:

Hand or machine wash at 40°C or low temperatures.

Flat dry.

DO NOT tumble dry.

DO NOT leave on a radiator.
