What causes Dandruff?
Dandruff or an itchy, flaky, inflamed scalp are commonly caused by a combination of factors, including an overgrowth of a naturally occurring yeast (Malassezia), excess oil production, and sensitivity of the scalp. This can lead to irritation, redness, and the shedding of visible flakes. Other contributing factors may include dry skin, certain hair products, stress, or underlying skin conditions such as seborrhoeic dermatitis or eczema.

How To Use:
For Dandruff:
Use twice weekly for 2 to 4 weeks to clear dandruff.
Thereafter, use once every 1 to 2 weeks to prevent dandruff returning.
For Tinea Versicolor:
Use once daily for a maximum of 5 days.
For prevention, use once daily for a maximum of 3 days before exposure to sunshine.
If your scalp has not cleared after 4 weeks, you may not have dandruff and should seek further advice from your pharmacist or doctor.
Do not use more often than directed. Shake the bottle.
Ingredients:
Active Ingredient: 1g of shampoo contains 20 mg of ketoconazole (2% w/w).
Also contains: Sodium lauryl ether sulfate, disodium monolauryl ether sulphosuccinate, coconut fatty acid diethanolamide, laurdimonium hydrolysed animal collagen, macrogol 120 methyl glucose dioleate, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, imidurea, hydrochloric acid, erythrosine (E127) and purified water.
