Sun Advice:
Seek shade between 11am to 3pm.
Protect yourself from the sun with loose or long-sleeve clothing and hats.
Re-apply frequently - especially after swimming or if you feel the lotion has been rubbed off by your clothing.

Apply sun lotion 30 minutes before and frequently during exposure to the sun.
Ensure that all exposed skin is evenly and generously covered with lotion.
