Fybogel Hi-Fibre Orange can be used whenever additional fibre is needed in the diet, including during pregnancy, or to help maintain normal bowel function for those experiencing haemorrhoids (piles). The pleasant orange flavour makes it simple and enjoyable to include in your daily routine.
How To Use:
Adults and children over 12 years: Take one sachets one in the morning and one in the evening after a meal.
Children aged 6 -12 years: Take ½ - 1 level 5 ml spoonful morning and evening, depending on age and size. Mix powder into 150ml (1/4 pint) of cold water.
Not recommended to be used in children under the age of 6.

Warning:
Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not take if you are taking medicines which may cause constipation, e.g. codeine or morphine, if you are suffering from a blockage of the bowel or muscle weakness of the bowel wall, if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or your doctor has told you that you have Phenylketonuria.
