How To Use:

1:

For the hands or fingers: Use a pea-sized quantity of gel for each affected joint.

For the shoulder, hip or knee: Apply a line of gel as long as your index finger.

2:

Spread a thin layer of gel evenly around the joint.

Where to cover:

Knee Pain - Back of knee and sides (not on kneecap).

Hip Pain - To soft tissue below edge of hip bone.

Shoulder - To the area of pain, avoiding shoulder blade.

3:

Leave to dry for 10 minutes.

For all joints, FlexiSEQ Max Strength must be left on the skin for ten minutes.
