What is Eczema and Dermatitis?
Eczema is a dry skin condition which leaves your skin feeling dry, itchy and irritated.
Dermatitis is a type of eczema that is triggered when you come into contact with something which irritated your skin, such as harsh soaps, disinfectants and even metals. A calssic example of a metal allergy is nickel.
Both Eczema and Dermatitis can affect either small areas of your skin or larger areas all over your body, both commonly affecting hands, feet and the insides of elbows or knees. Typically eczema is present in the creases of your skin.
What are the symptoms of Eczema or Dermatitis?

Can I use this cream on my face?
Eumovate Cream is not suitable for use on your face. If you do experience a flare up of Eczema or Dermatitis on your face it is recommended you speak with your doctor or pharmacist so they are able to offer a suitable treatment.
How to use Eumovate:
Adults and children 12 years of age and over:Apply a small amount to the affected area twice a day for up to 7 days. If your skin does not improve or gets worse within a week, stop using Eumovate cream and contact your doctor.
