How To Use:

Adults and Children over 16 years- one or two tablets to be taken twenty minutes before going to bed.

Ingredients:

Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25mg per tablet.

Warning:

Not to be given to children under 16 years. May cause drowsiness the next day; therefore, if affected, do not drive or operate heavy machinery. Avoid alcohol.

Do not use if you suffer from any of the following: Glaucoma, Prostate problems, Asthma, or Stomach ulcers. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Use with caution if epileptic.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking medicines for depression or anxiety before taking this product. If symptoms of sleeplessness persist, consult your doctor.
