Each sachet contains a balanced blend of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals to help support energy levels, muscle maintenance and overall health. Easy to prepare by simply mixing with milk or water, Complan sachets are suitable for use at home or on the go.
Complan is commonly used to help maintain weight, support recovery during illness, or supplement nutrition for those with reduced appetite.

Why would I need Complan?
Some people might need a nutritional drink to help them to get the nutrients they need when they’re struggling to chew or swallow or have lost their appetite.
They are also useful for those who are recovering from an operation or have difficulty maintaining or gaining weight.
How To Use:
You will need 200ml of water or milk.
Add a little of the water or milk to the glass or mug and add the sachet of Complan.
Mix to a smooth cream with the whisk or fork.
Top up with the remaining water or milk, stirring continuously.
Can Complan be used during pregnancy or breast feeding?
It is advised that you speak with your doctor or our pharmacist before using Complan during pregnancy or breast feeding.
Who is it not suitable for?
Complan is not suitable for use by children under the age of 1, unless under medical supervision.
Use with caution in children aged between 1-5.
Do not take this if you have an allergy to cow’s milk or any other ingredient listed below.
This is not suitable for patients with Galactosaemia.
