How To Use:
Apply toothpaste - Squeeze a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste onto the bristles of the toothbrush.
Position the brush: Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums.
Brush gently - Use gentle, circular motions to brush the outer surfaces of your teeth, starting with the front teeth and working your way around.
Brush all surfaces - Don’t forget the inner surfaces of your teeth and the chewing surfaces.
