What is Clarinaze Allergy Nasal Spray?
Clarinaze Allergy Spray is a nasal spray which is used to help ease symptoms of hayfever and is perfect for those who are suffering with sneezing, a blocked or runny nose, or even itching when the pollen count is high.

- Sneezing.
- Runny nose.
- Blocked nose.
- Itching.
Can I use Clarinaze if pregnant or breastfeeding?
It is advised for you to speak with your GP or pharmacist before taking this medication if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
Who is Clarinaze suitable for?
Clarinaze Nasal Spray is only suitable for adults over the age of 18.
Directions of use:
Close one nostril and put the nozzle into the other nozzle. Tilt your head forward slightly keeping the bottle upright.
Start to breathe in gently through your nose and whilst you are breathing in squirt one spray of fine mist into your nose.
Repeat these steps with your other nostril.
Who is Clarinaze not suitable for?
Do not use Clarinaze if you have an allergy to Mometasone Furoate or any other ingredients listed below.
If you have an untreated infection in your nose.
If you have recently had an operation or injury to your nose.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
For more than 3 months without consulting your doctor.
What does Clarinaze contain?
50mcg Mometasone Furoate, Cellulose, glycerol, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Polysorbate 80, Benzalkonium Chloride, Purified Water.
What side effects could I expect?
Clarinaze Allergy Nasal Spray is generally well tolerated but the following side effects tend to be the most common:
- Headache.
- Sneezing.
- Nose bleeds.
- Sore nose or throat.
- Ulcers in the nose.
- Respiratory tract infection.
Product warnings
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Clarinaze Allergy Spray
- If you have or ever had tuberculosis.
- If you have any other infection.
- If you are taking other corticosteroid medicines, either by mouth or by injection.
- If you have cystic fibrosis.
