Calpol Infant Suspension Sachets are handy, single dose on the go pouch containing pink, sugar-free strawberry flavoured Paracetamol suspension for pain and fever relief in babies and infants from two months onwards.
Calpol Infant Suspension Sachets can be used for the following:
- Fever
- Cold & Flu
- Teething
- Headache

- Post-Immunisation Fever
When your infant is unwell, you want to be able to treat them as quickly and safely as possible. Calpol is one of the most trusted brands in the UK and has been used by parents for over 50 years to help care for their children.
How to use Calpol Infant Sachets:
These sachets are great on the go, but always massage the sachet well before use.
| Child's Age | Dose for Pain and Fever | How Often (in 24 hours) |
| 2-3 Months | 2.5ml (small end of spoon). If necessary, after 4-6 hours, give a second 2.5ml dose. Only give if your baby weighs over 4 kg and was born after 37 weeks gestation | Up to 2 times. If no improvement seek help from your doctor. |
| 3-6 Months | One 2.5ml spoonful (small end) | Up to 4 times |
| 6-24 Months | One 5ml spoonful (large end) | Up to 4 times |
| 2-4 Years | One 5ml spoonful (large end) and one 2.5ml spoonful (small end) | Up to 4 times |
| 4-6 Years | Two 5ml spoonfuls (large end) | Up to 4 times |
For the relief of fever after vaccinations at 2, 3 and 4 months: 2.5ml. This dose may be given up to 4 times a day starting at the time of vaccination.
DO NOT give more than 2 doses in any 24 hour period.
Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
Do not give this medicine to your child for more than 3 days without speaking to your doctor or pharmacist.

Each 5ml sachet contains Paracetamol 120mg.

Who Is Calpol Infant Suspension Sachets Not Suitable For?
Do not give your child this medicine if:
- They are allergic to any of the ingredients listed.
- They are taking anything else with paracetamol in it.
- They are between 2-3 months old and is taking this medicine for other causes of pain and fever and: Weighs less than 4 kg or Was born before 37 weeks.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist IF:
- Your child has serious kidney or liver problems.
- Your child has an inherited intolerance to fructose or been diagnosed with an intolerance to some other sugars.
- Your child is taking any other medicines including: Metoclopramide or Domperidone (used to treat nausea and vomiting). Cholestyramine (used to treat high cholesterol). Anticoagulants (drugs that thin the blood, such as warfarin) or Anticonvulsants (drugs to treat epilepsy)

You do not need a prescription to buy Calpol Infant Suspension Sachets but you may be asked some questions about you or your childs medical health when you add it to your basket.
