How to use take Beechams All in One Tablets:
Adults and children 12 years and over: Swallow 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed up to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Each cold and flu tablet contains the following active ingredients:
Paracetamol 250mg
Guaifenisin 100mg
Phenylephrine 5mg

Side effects:
Beechams All in One Tablets are generally well tolerated however, like all medicines there are possible side effects.
Side effects could include:
- Allergic reaction. Breathing problems.
- Nausea.
- Difficulty passing water.
Warnings:
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Do not give to anyone under the age of 12.
This medicine may cause dizziness. If affected do not drive or operate heavy machinery
