How to use Anbesol gel:

Adults and the Elderly: Apply a small amount of Anbesol Adult Strength Gel to the affected area with a clean fingertip.

One application should be sufficient to obtain temporary pain relief.

Do not apply more frequently than every 3 hours.

Not for use in children under 12 years.
