7. Our Contract With You
Our contract with you is confined to the terms and conditions mentioned here, to the exclusion of any others, this includes terms and conditions implied in any communication by our customers.
When you place an order on our website, this represents an offer by you to buy products from us. We have accepted this offer only when you are notified by us that the order has been dispatched. In orders that are split for dispatch, only the parts of the order that are notified as dispatched represent an acceptance by us of that offer.
7.1 Prescription Only Medicine – Human on your Doctor/Dentist/Nurse Prescription
When an order is placed to fulfil a prescription from your Doctor/Dentist or Nurse we then need to see the original prescription (which you would be required to post) before we are able to dispatch your medicine.
7.2 Prescription Only Medicine – Using our Online Consultation Service
Any prescription medicines ordered through our online consultation service will not need you to send us a prescription, as our Independent Pharmacy Prescribers will write one for you for our files. Please note that our online consultation fee is non-refundable.
8. Your Responsibilities
In order for us to make sure that any medicines for you and your family are suitable and safe, we will need you to supply personal information about the patient concerned. It is imperative that this information is accurate, complete and up to date as we wholly rely on this so that the most appropriate medicine is supplied.
Please realise that we have no liability or responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage/injury that may result to you or a third party incurred as a result of our reliance on false or inaccurate information supplied by you or on your behalf.
9. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy
10. Delivery
Please refer to our detailed Delivery & Returns Policy

Payment for the products is due immediately upon the placing of your order online. Payment is accepted by credit and debit card.
No payment will be received and nothing will be dispatched until any payment made has cleared and been received by us. 12. Pricing and Product Availability
Whilst we display our full range of products on the website, we may not physically have the stock in our warehouse at the time of ordering. We get a daily delivery, so if your item is not on our shelves it will come in the next working day.
If an item is not available at the time of ordering, this may be mentioned as “out of stock” on the product information page. As we process your order, we may e-mail you if any products you order turn out to be unobtainable.
Please note that we have a handling time of 24-72 hours (to factor in weekends/stock coming in the next day), this time is in addition to the courier service you select at checkout.
Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, we are only human, so we apologise in advance if we ever make a pricing error. Wherever possible we will try to honour the incorrect price as a gesture of goodwill, however, this is not always possible and if for some reason we are unable to sell you the product at the stated price or less, we will contact you first before proceeding.
In a dynamic marketplace, we cannot always be the cheapest, in all medicines and sizes, however, we endeavour to offer options for each medicine that represent the best value for money on the Internet.
Product Images: Whilst we try to keep our product images up to date we may, particularly for non-branded products ship the same medicine but in different packaging. If you have any questions about this policy please get in touch.
13. Product Quality
We only source and use medicines that have been licensed for use in the UK. We only buy medicines direct from either the manufacturer or from an authenticated UK-licensed wholesaler. Fake medicines can seriously damage you and your family’s health.
We will of course try and send you products with the longest possible expiry date on them, but sometimes this is not always achievable. Some products only come with limited life or it may be that the manufacturer only has a certain date available for a product. Please check of all medicine received to make sure that you use it within the safe time frame.
Please use, handle and store all products as stated in the manufacturer's information or in our specific instructions, if supplied. The manufacturers nor ourselves cannot be held responsible if you deviate from this advice.
Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy if you receive the products and they were damaged in transit.
14. Importing and Customs
When ordering products from a country other than the UK, please be aware that all customs responsibilities are borne by you. You are considered the importer of the medicine/product, therefore any charges levied by customs in the country where the goods are delivered, are your responsibility. Travelpharm operates under the law of England and Wales and as such complies with all such laws when selling medicines and other goods. It is your responsibility to comply with the legislation in the country where you are receiving the goods.

Returns
We understand that you may, at times want to return an item you've purchased from us. Not all items can be returned but for the ones that can please read the policy below.
What can’t I return?
In the UK products of a medical nature cannot be returned to a retailer for a refund when/if the product is no longer wanted. This applies to all medicines retailed at TravelPharm. For clarity, medicines will have a UK product licence. Common medicines that we sell (and this list is not exhaustive) include anti-malaria tablets, common over-the-counter medicines like painkillers, and antihistamines. Medicines are not strictly limited to tablets, creams and liquids can also be medicines. If in doubt please phone the team for advice.
Return of Unwanted Items – It is your responsibility to notify us within 14 days of receipt of the parcel of the intention to return one or all items. Once authorisation from customer services has been granted we must receive the return within 14 days. You, the customer, will be liable for the cost of returning the items. This includes situations where free delivery was offered with the order.
Errors or Damaged Items – We apologise in advance if we make a mistake or if items arrive damaged. Please contact our customer services team to arrange the return of faulty or damaged goods. A returns label will be provided by email.
Refused deliveries – You may only refuse delivery if the parcel arrives damaged. In this situation, you must notify our customer services team within 7 days. Refusal of a parcel is not means of initiating a return of an unwanted item.
Parcels returned to us by the courier – If a parcel is returned to us for any reason without prior authorisation we will attempt to contact you so we can resend the parcel back to you.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning items to us. We will not be held liable for parcels lost when being returned to us.
Returned items that are in an unsaleable or damaged condition. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of money refunded, especially where evidence of use beyond basic handling has occurred. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.
Failed Deliveries – On occasion, we may be notified of a failed delivery. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will endeavour to contact you and attempt to resend the parcel.
For further information on returns or to request a refund/return, please contact us.
General Delivery Terms and Conditions

Whilst most parcels arrive on time or sooner than expected parcels do occasionally get lost or delayed. In the first instance please contact your local sorting office as they may have the parcel. Should the parcel not be located then contact our customer service team and we will open a claim with Royal Mail and where applicable arrange with you to reship the item or issue a refund.
Delivery Address – It is your responsibility (the customer) to enter the correct delivery address when checking out. Should you make an error it may be possible for us to amend the address so long as you call our customer service team promptly. Once the order has been processed the address cannot be amended.
