Just one week remains until the big day when we transition to our new pharmacy premises! As we approach this exciting milestone, we want to ensure you're fully informed about some important changes taking place.
Royal Mail Collection:
Our last Royal Mail collection from our current location will occur on the afternoon of 19th April 2024. Already, collections have commenced at our new premises in anticipation of the move. Any NHS prescriptions unable to be fully dispensed on the 19th will be seamlessly transferred to our new premises for dispatch on Monday, 22nd April.
Your Nominated Pharmacy – Peak Pharmacy Direct
With the transition to our new premises, it's essential to note changes regarding your nominated pharmacy. Due to data protection laws, we're unable to mass transfer patient nominations from our old premises to the new one. However, rest assured, starting 22nd April 2024, we'll manually update your nominated pharmacy from Peak Pharmacy Online to Peak Pharmacy Direct. No action is required on your part unless you haven't used Peak Pharmacy Online for an NHS prescription in the last 3 months. In that case, please take a moment to fill out our form using the provided link to ensure you're not inadvertently missed. Even if you're a regular user of our services, we'd appreciate your completion of the form to help us enhance our customer service standards. The form will only take 2-3 minutes to complete.
Ordering your Prescriptions:
Rest assured, our prescription processes remain unchanged. You have the flexibility to order your medicines from your GP through whichever method suits you best. While many of our patients prefer the convenience of the Peak Pharmacy App, accessing it with their NHS details, we accommodate alternative preferences. Whether you opt for the NHS app/website or any other method, simply ensure you're registered with us beforehand for seamless service.
